Man executed for assassination in 1997

In the state of Alabama, 40-year-old Torrey McNabb was killed.

The death sentence condemned little repentance for his act. In his last words, he asked his mother and sister to take a deep look at him, 'so you can see that there are no tears.'

The governor of the state of Alabama Kay Ivey could have stopped the execution, but did not pardon: 'McNabb chose to kill the agent just because he claimed him. Courts at all levels have maintained the death penalty. ''
