Spanish police: prevent premature murder

The Spanish police have, in their own words, prevented an assassination attempt against Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.

In the home of the suspect in the Catalan town of Terrassa, the police found sixteen firearms. He had a gun license and worked for a private security company. According to Spanish media, he has announced his murder plan in a group on WhatsApp. He has been in prison for three weeks, but the police and judiciary in Barcelona did not announce his arrest until Thursday.
