Hundreds missing Columbia disaster

In Colombia, more than three hundred people still missing since the landslides and floods in the town of Mocoa.

In Mocoa, the capital of the southwestern province of Putumayo, this weekend entire neighborhoods destroyed by the mudslides. That happened after the rivers at night by heavy rainfall occurred outside their shores.

The Colombian government Monday called for 'economic, social and environmental state of emergency' in the disaster area. The authorities announced to send thousands of stoves, blankets and mattresses to the city.
