Puma has unveiled the official match ball for the 2025-26 Premier League season, ending Nike's 25-year partnership. The ball, named Orbita Ultimate PL, will be used first at the Premier League Summer Series.

Historic Shift in Supplier

For the first time in a quarter of a century, the Premier League will see a change in the match ball supplier. Puma steps in as only the third brand to provide the official ball since the league's inception in 1992. Mitre and Nike were the previous suppliers, with Nike producing 25 different versions of the ball until the end of last season.

Technical Features of the Orbita Ultimate PL

The new ball features 12 star-shaped panels designed for optimal weight distribution and shape retention. Its oversized stitched seams enhance aerodynamics, making it one of the most reliable footballs ever created.
