Odor by toxic smoke cloud in center of Rome

A waste installation that flew into Rome last night caused a gigantic cloud of smoke above the city.

The smell is therefore great in the center of the city. The municipality has advised people to go out on the street as little as possible and close the windows of the houses where the smell is smelled.
