At least 12 people were killed in Vietnam due to heavy weather

At least twelve people were killed in Vietnam after heavy rainfall from the tropical storm Toraji.

The boy belonged to a group of local tourists who had traveled from the interior to the popular seaside resort. Rail lines were also flooded.
