EU and Turkey on collision course

brussels - The EU and Turkey are on a collision course over the deal to let refugees go back to Turkey. EU Minister Donald Tusk has addressed the requirements of EU member Cyprus not immediately open five chapters regarding Turkey's accession to EU.
