brussels - The EU and Turkey are on a collision course over the deal to let refugees go back to Turkey. EU Minister Donald Tusk has addressed the requirements of EU member Cyprus not immediately open five chapters regarding Turkey's accession to EU. This happens now 'as soon as possible' and that other language than ten days ago when Turkey was offered a direct view of the reopening of negotiations.

They compromise the Turks as difficult as possible to join the EU. Such a decision to talk about the need to take unanimous 28 countries. Also resolve to deal with legal matters, as Greece and Turkey have yet to change the law.
