US President Donald Trump is considering penalties against countries dealing with North Korea.

The politician seems to aim in particular on China, which despite current restrictive measures still has a lot to do with North Korea. Trump has called on Beijing in the past to put more pressure on North Korea.

The United Nations Security Council meets Monday to talk about North Korea. UN Secretary General António Guterres has condemned the Sunday Armament Test, as well as the Dutch, English and US governments and EU President Donald Tusk.
