Presidential Austria threatened with death
The Austrian presidential candidate Alexander Van der Bellen receives police protection after receiving death threats from right-wing corner.
A man with a tattoo of a swastika on his chest announced via Twitter to Van Der Calling it will shoot. Another published a manipulated picture of the presidential candidate with a body in which blades are inserted.
Der Bubbles won on October 2 presidential elections. The vote was declared invalid because something had gone wrong with the votes that were cast by mail. It was the second time that the Austrians went to the polls, because the vote had failed on 24 April.
