Kim Jong-un seems busy with recovery missile base

The South Korean intelligence service NIS has indications that Pyongyang is in the process of restoring part of the dismantled missile launch base Dongchang-ri.

The NIS came on Tuesday with the announcement during an extra session with the parliamentary security committee in Seoul. However, the nuclear reactor of Yongbyon, the main nuclear complex in North Korea, shows no signs of renewed activity. The plant was shut down at the end of last year. The tunnel system of the nuclear weapons testing site in Punggye-ri, which was put out of service and abandoned in May, is still closed.
