Singapore sigh under smoke from Indonesia

Air pollution in Singapore Friday for,, unhealthy 'levels increased due to the acrid smoke floating forest fires on the Indonesian island of Sumatra to the city-state.

Every dry season wildfires ravage Indonesia which country should make room for palm oil and paper pulp plantations. The fires cause smoke nuisance in much of the region and increasing public health concern. There is disruption for tourism and airlines.
