Channel crossing is British swimmer fatal

An attempt to stabbing swimming the English Channel between England and mainland Europe on a Saturday Briton became fatal.

Nick Thomas was Saturday set off from Dover and had been there for 16 hours in the water sitting on when he got into trouble. He was 16 kilometers from the coast of Calais taken unconscious from the water. Once ashore tried to resuscitate Thomas. He was taken to a hospital, where he eventually died.
