- HP CEO Dion Weisler said during a forum that his company is ready to enter the market for 3D printing . As it looks now , the company enters the second half of 2016 with its first 3D printer . But, writes The Register, these printers will be for business use only.
Weisler announces not see any reason to make short-term 3D printers for home use. HP boss says that he finds anyway a bit exaggerated the whole hype around 3D printing . According to him, there is the technique for years. To be successful in the consumer market must be resolved according to Weisler three aspects : speed, quality and cost. Apparently this , when it comes to 3D printing in the home , still not in order.
