Oldest man (117) died in the world

Violet Moss-Brown, known to be the oldest man on the planet, died on Montego Bay Jamaica on Friday at the age of 117.

Moss-Brown was born in Jamaica on March 10, 1900. She followed the Italian Emma Morano as 'the world's oldest. Morano died on April 15 this year at the age of 117 as well. She was born on November 29, 1899.

According to her 96-year-old son, one of her secrets for her long life is not eating two kinds of meat: chicken and pig. She was fond of fish, sheep meat and cow foot. Furthermore, she likes sweet potatoes, mangoes and oranges, writes The Daily Star.
