Labor is open to dumping brexit

The British opposition party Labor is in favor of a new referendum on the Brexit, including the possibility to vote in favor of EU membership.

The party divided over the EU seems to be taking more and more distance from the brexit that was hardly discussed at the congress a year ago. On Monday, a top man in the party said the brexit would not be an option in a new referendum.

The plan to hold a referendum on the final agreement between Brussels and London on their new relationship is uncertain because negotiations have reached an impasse. Starmer said that therefore the question to be put in a referendum is not clear now.
