Uganda opposition leader arrested

kampala - The Ugandan opposition leader Thursday on the day of the election were arrested. That is a spokeswoman for Kizza Besigye's FDC party said.
According to a journalist from al-Jazeera spot Besigye and his supporters demanded access to a house in the capital Kampala. The building would be fraudulent ballots. After a confrontation with police Besigye was arrested. The police had no comment.
In Uganda Thursday to be held both parliamentary and presidential elections. Besigye takes in the battle for the presidency against the 71-year-old Yoweri Museveni who has been in power since 1986. Besigye, who long ago was precisely the personal physician to Museveni, did three times previously participated in the elections but excavated every time the dust. He was picked up in recent years all the time.
