Shark kills tourist in Egypt

cairo - A Czech tourist was attacked by a shark on the coast of Egypt and died. The Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported to the news site Echo that the 41-year-old man was diving at the Marsa Alam tourist resort on the Red Sea. That place in the south of Egypt is popular with divers and snorkelers.

The Egyptian authorities investigate why the shark stopped so close to the coast. For this reason, a ship was detained which would have thrown animal waste illegally overboard. Sharks may have come to that.
