barcelona - The Spanish judge Pablo Llarena has withdrawn the international arrest warrant for Carles Puigdemont and his four ministers who have gone to Belgium. The judge says to do so because the five have said they want to return to Catalonia, and an arrest warrant is no longer necessary. But Llarena also wants to prevent a conflict with the Belgian justice system.
