cologne - The number of reports due to theft or assault increased around the turn of the year in Cologne on Sunday to 516. The Cologne police said Saturday all know it was previously mentioned number of 170 declarations doubled to 379. In some forty percent of the more than five hundred declarations are reports of sexual offenses.
