rome - Libyan smugglers have recently started using new, fast and powerful motor boats to secretly transport migrants to Italy. That is their response to the successful policy against clandestine immigration by Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini. Often several of these new boats leave at the same time, making it even more difficult for the Libyan Coast Guard to stop them.
