Gamende father strangles baby

leuven - A 37-year old Belgian cell must because his five-month old baby was strangled because they cried when he was gaming. Only thanks to the quick actions of the doctor the baby survived.

Leuvenaar Björn V. was sitting behind the computer while his wife was sleeping. The cry of his five-month-old twins led him to madness, after which he grabbed one of the children at the neck.

The man called himself to the doctor stating that no longer respond to the son. He told Belgian media claimed that he had lost his temper, and he was afraid he had pinched his dead son. The doctor explained rushed noticed that the baby not breathing and had no pulse. He immediately began CPR and the child was rushed to hospital.

The court found that the child would definitely have died without the quick intervention of the GP. The boy, who is now 4 years old, suffered brain injury and has a serious developmental backlog.

The court is not certain that the man willfully proceeded. Therefore, there was no attempted manslaughter and got him a sentence of four years, three of which conditionally imposed.
