willemstad - Parliamentarian and former Minister Jacinta Constancia on Thursday Curaçao her colleague Giselle Mc William severely beaten in the face. Constancia has arrested them. Mc William has reported.
The blow fell during a parliament meeting in which Mc William accurate records had played hard to Constancia that suspect in a fraud case.
