brussels - British Prime Minister David Cameron gets a foot in the door in Brussels. The EU and the British agree on a 'red card', thus, a group of 55% of Member States EU legislation can stop in their national parliament or changes requirements.

Thus, the British, if they find enough allies, the ability to resist 'diktats' from Brussels, which was one of the demands of Cameron to remain in the EU.

That's EU Minister Donald Tusk presented the British to prevent them from leaving the EU via a referendum. Cameron was also given the right to EU workers temporarily display a lower benefit than British workers.
