At least 15 dead in train accident Egypt

cairo - At least fifteen people were killed on Wednesday by a train accident in the northern province of Beheira in Egypt. According to the official news agency MENA, forty people were also injured.

Two passenger carriages separated from a train and collided with a freight train. Egyptians have long complained that successive governments have failed to implement basic safety standards for the railways.

In August, a train accident killed 42 people and more than a hundred people were injured.
