brussels - The Belgian authorities Wednesday five house searches conducted in the investigation into the terrorist attacks in Paris. Two people were taken in for questioning. But the federal prosecutor Wednesday did not say anything about the identity of those arrested.

The raids took place in the municipalities of Brussels Molenbeek and Sint-Joost- ten-Node. This time the police actions were not aimed at finding one of the suspected perpetrators of the attacks, the internationally sought Salah Abdeslam. The raids fit investigating two other terror suspects who may have helped in the preparation and execution of the attacks.

It is the sought Mohamed Abrini. He was on November 11, two days before the attacks, filmed on Abdeslam at a motorway service station to Paris. He was driving the Renault Clio which was used during the attacks. In his dossier were four raids instead.

One search took place in the investigation into the possible involvement of Ahmed Dahmani in the attacks. The Belgian was arrested in Turkey and is stuck there. He would have explored targets.

In Belgium have so far officially indicted six people under suspicion of terrorism.
