jakarta - Over 40,000 people in western Indonesia have been displaced by Saturday's tsunami. Many houses are damaged or destroyed by the unexpected natural violence.
Relief workers reported that Friday. They get an increasingly better picture of the extent of the damage in the coastal regions affected by the tsunami in Sumatra and Java.
