A plane from the German company Condor made a stopover on Crete on Thursday evening after a bomb threat. The pilot forced the aircraft that was traveling from the Egyptian tourist resort of Hurghada to Düsseldorf to the ground in Chania.
Two Germans were arrested in Crete for theft of antique items. They are suspected to have dumped the coast for archaeological finds. The police searched the two seas on the high seas on Tuesday and caught antique gear and diving equipment.
