North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has received a report from the armed forces about the possible attack on Guam.

'The US were the first to place nuclear weapons near us. America must first make the right decision and take the right action if they want to reduce the tension in this area and want to avoid a dangerous military clash.

According to KCNA, Kim Jong-un has ordered the army to be ready for the moment he recommends the attack.
