Hippopotamus in Emmen

The hippos in Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen poop so much that the water in their basin becomes cloudy and the eight animals are regularly not visible.

The zoo is now thinking of finding a solution: carp. Those fish have also swim in the water and eat the poop.
