Belgium must take back caliphate children

The Brussels summary judge ruled on Wednesday that the six children of two Belgian IS-fighters must be repatriated to Belgium.

It is the second time that the summary judge has ruled on the case that the mothers had filed. Previously judges ruled that Belgium has no jurisdiction in Syria and that the country can not be obliged to repatriate them from Syria.

The summary judge now obliges the Belgian state to take all necessary and possible measures to enable the six underage children to travel to Belgium from Syria. '
