World January 1, 2016 23:07

- Around the turn of the year in France more than eight hundred cars on fire. That is 14.5 percent less than a year earlier, said Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve Friday on Twitter.

Burning cars around old and new in France, especially in the troubled areas become a trend. Often these are young people who thus protest their fate and venting out frustration on society.

This year held across the country 622 people, twice as many as last year, according to the ministry. Of these, 368 remanded in custody. The Year in France was seven weeks after the attacks of 13 November in Paris under close police surveillance.
