Wounded by emergency landing plane in Guyana

georgetown - At least six people were injured when a passenger plane from Fly Jamaica had to make an emergency landing in Guyana. The pilot was reversed shortly after departure because of a technical problem.

The authorities said at a press conference that more than 120 people were on board the aircraft. It had departed from Cheddi Jagan International Airport in the South American country and had the Canadian city of Toronto as its final destination. The pilot reported problems with the hydraulic system.
