Winklevoss twins first bitcoin billionaires

new york - The American twins Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss are probably the first bitcoin billionaires.

The brothers invested eleven million dollars in 2013 in the then still completely unknown crypto coin. At the current rate of more than 11,000 dollars, the two are billionaire according to The Sydney Morning Herald.

The Winklevoss twins filed a lawsuit against Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg a few years ago, claiming that he had stolen their idea for a social network.

The judge gave them the same in part and granted the brothers compensation of 65 million. The ex-Olympic rowers bought the digital newspapers from that money.
