Who is the USB stick found in seal pup?

invercargill - NIWA, a New Zealand agency that researches the water and climate, is looking for the owner of a USB stick found in a lot of seal pups.
The USB stick contains photos and videos of seals, made in the vicinity of New Zealand's Invercargill. The images were made in 2017. The stick has survived the digestive system of a seal, has been in the freezing cold and has now been found by researchers.
