West and Russia against each other in UN council

new york - The UN Security Council has not been able to reach an agreement to find out whether chemical weapons have been reused in Syria and which team of specialists to investigate. The US with Western allies and Russia did not come together.

Russia vetoed the American proposal to investigate who is responsible for the offensive air strikes in Syria. Twelve members of the council, including the Dutch delegate, agreed with the resolution.
