Vote registration system crashes Brexit

london - The site where Brits can register as voters for the referendum on EU membership has collapsed. The computers have crashed on Tuesday when a wave of voters attempting to register at the last minute. The tender closed as of Wednesday.

British media reported Wednesday that politicians including the leaders of the Socialists and the Liberal Democrats, Jeremy Corbyn and Tim Farron, asked to renew the registration. Farron complained that the failure of the registration Tuesday is a huge blow to the campaign to remain in the European Union.
