Viewing apartment in Singapore goes virtual

- Why would a contractor to make a model apartment for future residents, if you can round lead in virtual reality? That thought has real estate company Keppel Land prompted Singapore to offer its potential customers virtual tours of newly built homes.

Normally new homes to potential buyers shown by a model home, a replica of the real apartment. Across Mashable let Keppel Land VR know that a much more effective- if not cheaper- way to get the same effect.

The company has opted for a simple way to show where a viewer with an Oculus Rift glasses 'walk' through the different rooms can so he can get a good picture of the house.
