US couple 'tortures' children: 15 years in prison

manchester - A man from the US city of Manchester (New Hampshire) has been sentenced to fifteen years in prison for neglecting his young children. Police arrested the man last year after his son (4) and daughter (2) were found in rooms full of human and animal feces.

Authorities say the boy was tied up for years day and night on a bed. The mattress was so filthy that urine and faeces are leaked on the other hand, reported the local WMUR TV Friday (local time). The agents noticed that rooms used by the parents or were clean.

Prosecutors argued that the parents can not tell their children treated like animals. namely the mother to admit she treated her dog more than her children. The woman confesses expected next month debt.

The judge asked the defendant why he had taken primarily children. 'You were supposed to love them and protect. You're their father, but instead have tortured them, 'said the magistrate. The man did say to keep sound of his children and sorry to have let him get out of control the situation.
