US Army Kills IS Headline

washington - The US Army announced Friday that killed the IS headpiece Abdul Rahman Uzbeki. According to Colonel John Thomas, spokesman for the Central Command, this happened earlier this month during a secret ground operation near the Syrian city of Mayadin. He did not give details.

Uzbeki was known as a confidant of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of Islamic State. He would have commissioned and prepared for the shooting at a nightclub in Istanbul during the year-end. This terrorist act involved 39 people. The perpetrator also came from Uzbekistan.
