washington - From Monday, the American army will allow transgender people again. That made the Pentagon famous, after a federal Court of Appeal in Washington last week annulled the ban for transgender people. The government of President Donald Trump did not want to allow transgender recruits as of the new year.
It is the second appeals court that ruled negative about the ban. Three federal judges in the US blocked the transgender ban and the Trump government appealed. According to a court, refusing transgender people was a form of discrimination and contrary to the constitution. The two professional courts went along with that judgment.
The Ministry of Justice says that no new profession follows, but according to an anonymous dignitary the stocking is not finished. He says that first new research from the Ministry of Defense is awaited and then to challenge the case again.
