Unmanned cargo ship Cygnus arrives at ISS

new york - The unmanned space freight ship Cygnus arrives at the International Space Station (ISS) at 11.20 am on Monday. The German ISS commander Alexander Gerst and the American astronaut Serena Auñón-Chancellor will take the unmanned capsule with the help of a robotic arm.
On board the ship there are about 3500 kilograms of supplies, including material for new and ongoing experiments. There is also a 3D printer with the load. The device must be used to manufacture tools and spare parts on the ISS and later also to dispose of them there. There is also an experiment to analyze proteins that play an important role in Parkinson's disease.
