Unfairly for three months: no meth but cotton candy

georgia - An American woman was unjustifiably in prison for three months because the police thought they'd find the hard drugs in her car. It turned out to be an innocent cotton candy.

What is particularly bothering her is that she missed the birth of two grandchildren because of the detention. Dasha Fincher is now bringing the local police and three officers to court, CNN reports. The producer of the failed drug test is also likely to blame.
