UN investigations prosecution North Korea

geneva - The United Nations Human Rights Council is looking at ways to pursue North Korea for crimes against humanity. The board has asked a group of independent experts to examine how North Korea may be asked to account. Also a role for the International Criminal Court is the subject of the investigation.
The Human Rights Council voted Wednesday unanimously the proposal to this effect that the European Union and Japan had introduced. Russia and China, which could affect the UN Security plan with their veto, letting know not to block it.
