Uber pay for finding leaks

- Uber has paid a Finnish researcher $ 10,000 (almost 8800 euros) because they had discovered a vulnerability in the site. It is the highest reward that has paid Uber. Reported Threat Post.
Jouko Pynnönen describes the vulnerability HackerOne platform. He discovered that he could create an administrator account for the Newsroom Uber. Via Java script he could then penetrate the internal network of Uber. The service is immediately closed the security hole.
Earlier this year Pynnönen already got a reward from Yahoo, because he had found a serious gap in the mail service. There too he was 10. 000 dollars reward.
