Strong winds and heavy rains led to flooding and much inconvenience. The southern cities of Busan and Ulsan are the worst affected, as the Jeju island.

Public life in cities is flat and images show that mudslides ravage the streets. The typhoon is now en route to Japan. The meteorological office there has already given warnings and flights have been canceled.
