Tusk to Ankara on migration deal

brussels - In preparation for the European summit on migration later this week, EU Minister Donald Tusk to Ankara. In the Turkish capital Tuesday he will consult with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on the agreement in principle last week was concluded in Brussels.

Earlier in the day Tusk in Cyprus, where he speaks with President Nicos Anastasiades. Cypriots are not enamored of the visa waiver and accelerated accession negotiations that the Turks are envisaged. Ankara recognize the Greek Cypriot government does not.

Turkey is willing to take back all migrants from the Greek islands. In exchange for each European countries reversed Syrian would bring over another Syrian from Turkish refugee camps. The intention is that the European leaders and Turkey officially seal the accord Thursday and Friday at the summit in Brussels.
