Turkish warship sailing in Greek waters

athens - Turkey's neighbor Greece provoked by sailing in the territorial waters of Greece with a warship. Around 10:30 Sunday morning approached the vessel and two speedboats the Imia islands. The two countries argue over twenty years on these two uninhabited islands in the Aegean Sea.

The Greek Navy responded by sending a frigate to the Turkish warship. The frigate escorted the Turkish vessels outside Greek waters. Greece considers the incident as a reaction to the decision of the Supreme Court eight Turkish soldiers not deliver to Turkey. The eight are suspected of complicity in the coup in July.
