Turkey leaves German journalist

istanbul - The German journalist Deniz Yücel was released in Turkey after more than a year of imprisonment. German media reported this a day after Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim had visited Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Merkel told him that the Yücel case has 'a special urgency' for its government. Yücel has never been formally accused of anything.
