ankara - According to the Turkish Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdag, the European Court of Human Rights (EHRM) is not authorized to comment on the recent referendum.

The minister responded to the announcement by the opposition party CHP to step up its objections to the referendum to the Turkish constitutional court or the EHRM. With the Turkish constituency, the CHP and two other opposition parties had more bone.

In the referendum, President Erdogan received no support for the proposal to expand his power and to reduce parliamentary power. The opposition wants to declare the result invalid because votes have 'disappeared'. Also, ballot papers would be approved without an official stamp.
