brussels - Turkey on Tuesday defended the military operation of the Turkish army in the northern Syrian Afrin region at NATO. The Netherlands, among others, question the Turkish invasion. The Dutch House of Representatives had asked Minster Halbe Zijlstra of Foreign Affairs to press for an explanation.
